TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
1. About these terms
1.1 SkyVista is operated by ShowVista Entertainment Group Pty Ltd, ABN XX XXX XXX XXX] ("SkyVista", "we", "us") in Perth WA 6000.
1.2 By booking a ticket or entering the site, you accept these terms and the Rider Rules shown on site and on rideskyvista.com.au. If the two differ, these terms apply.
1.3 The person who makes a booking accepts these terms for everyone in their group and must make sure the group knows them.
1.4 We may update these terms. The version published when you booked applies to that booking.
2. Tickets, booking and payment
2.1 Tickets are sold online at rideskyvista.com.au through our booking platform, Bookeo, and at the SkyVista Box Office on site, subject to availability.
2.2 Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
2.3 A ticket is valid for one ride for one person on the date and session shown on the booking. A Private Gondola booking gives your group one gondola to itself for one ride.
2.4 Toddlers (under 3) ride free but must be included in the booking so we can manage gondola numbers.
2.5 Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.
2.6 Staff may ask for proof of age for child tickets.
2.7 Tickets may not be resold or used for promotions or competitions without our written consent. We may cancel tickets resold or used this way without a refund.
2.8 Gift cards and vouchers are subject to the terms printed on them and may not be exchanged for cash.
3. Arrival and entry
3.1 Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked session and show your booking confirmation, on your phone or printed, at the Box Office or wheel entry.
3.2 Each booking can be checked in once. A booking that has already been checked in will not be accepted again.
3.3 If you arrive late, we will try to fit you into a later session that day, but we can't guarantee it. Missed sessions are not refunded.
3.4 Operating hours are published on rideskyvista.com.au and our social channels, and may change. Last boarding is 15 minutes before closing.
3.5 To keep the wheel balanced and queues moving, groups may be split across gondolas or seated with other guests, unless you have booked a Private Gondola.
4. Refunds, changes and weather
4.1 All ticket sales are non-refundable, including for change of mind, late arrival or not attending, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or where we officially cancel the event before it opens.
4.2 You may move your booking to another available session by contacting us at least [24] hours before your original session. [Confirm whether a change fee applies.]
4.3 SkyVista is an outdoor attraction. We may pause or close it at short notice for high winds, lightning, extreme heat (the wheel does not operate above 40°C), heavy rain, maintenance or any other safety reason.
4.4 If the wheel is suspended for weather and you could not ride, your ticket stays valid for another operating day during the 2026/27 season. Contact us or visit the Box Office to rebook.
4.5 If a ride is cut short for safety reasons, we will offer a re-ride when it is safe to do so.
4.6 We post closures and delays on our website and social channels by 2 pm on the day where possible, and will contact affected ticket holders by email or SMS where we can.
4.7 Any refund we give is made to the original payment method.
4.8 Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Rider safety and conduct
5.1 All guests must follow the Rider Rules and any direction from SkyVista staff or security.
5.2 Children under 8 must ride with an adult [aged 18 or over], who is responsible for them at all times.
5.3 Each gondola carries a maximum of 6 people. Staff may seat fewer to balance the wheel.
5.4 The wheel reaches 36 metres in an enclosed gondola. You are responsible for deciding whether you, and anyone in your care, are fit to ride. We recommend seeking medical advice first if you are pregnant or have a heart, back, balance or anxiety-related condition.
5.5 We may refuse boarding to anyone we reasonably believe is affected by alcohol or drugs, is behaving unsafely, or cannot ride safely. No refund is given where boarding is refused because of a guest's own behaviour.
5.6 No smoking or vaping on site. No glass, alcohol, [food or drinks other than water] in the gondolas. Nothing may be thrown or dropped from the wheel.
5.7 Bags may be inspected as a condition of entry.
5.8 We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who breaches these terms or behaves in an abusive, threatening or antisocial way. No refund is given in these cases.
6. Accessibility

9.2 Subject to clause 9.1 and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by your failure to follow these terms, the Rider Rules or staff instructions, or by events outside our reasonable control.
9.3 Where the law allows us to limit liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
10. Privacy
10.1 We collect the details you give us when booking, such as your name, email and phone number, to manage your booking, contact you about your visit and meet our legal obligations.
