Perth looks better from up here
SkyVista is Perth’s newest travelling observation wheel, and this season it’s back on the foreshore at Langley Park. Climb 36 metres into the sky for sweeping views over the Perth CBD skyline, the Swan River and the green parklands that run along the water.
Every ride takes you up in a fully enclosed gondola, so you can sit back, take it slow and soak it all in, whatever the weather’s doing. Each gondola fits up to six people, which makes it just as good for a date night as for a family day out or a catch-up with friends.
MADE FOR SUNSETS
By day, SkyVista is all about the views: the river sparkling below, the city towers up close, and the hills on the horizon. As the sun goes down, the wheel lights up in a rainbow of LED colour, and the city starts to glow around you. Our tip? Book just before sunset and stay up there as the lights come on.
SAFETY FIRST
SkyVista is run by ShowVista Entertainment Group, part of the Carnival Amusements family, which has been entertaining WA for years. The wheel is registered with WorkSafe WA and has a current annual engineer’s inspection. Our trained crew run safety checks before every trading session, and they monitor wind and weather all day.
A RIDE FOR EVERYONE
SkyVista welcomes riders of all ages, and children under 8 must ride with an adult.
We want everyone to enjoy the view from SkyVista. Our gondolas are designed to welcome guests using manual (non-powered) wheelchairs, with our team on hand to assist with boarding. The gondolas do have weight and space limits that mean we're currently unable to bring motorised wheelchairs or mobility scooters on board — but we'd genuinely love to help you plan your visit. If you use a powered chair or scooter, please reach out to us by email, and we'll talk through the options with you. Companion Card holders are welcome, and assistance animals can come along for the ride.
